Dorian Jakov Štern Vukotić

Dorian Jakov Štern Vukotić, also known as DJStern, is a Congressman of the Free Republic of Liberland and a blockchain developer who has contributed to much of Liberland’s blockchain infrastructure since joining the project in 2021.

As a member of Liberland’s first Congress, Dorian helped establish the institution’s operating infrastructure as it began assuming greater responsibility for budgets and advising the provisional government. His work combines hands-on technology development with a focus on government accountability, organizational discipline and practical state-building.

Dorian advocates transparent budgeting and planning across income, contributions, spending and future commitments. His broader Consolidate–Grow Capability–Action framework calls for Liberland to inventory its assets and responsibilities, strengthen the programs it can reliably deliver, expand its membership and operational capacity, and pursue larger strategic objectives only after building a lean and functional foundation.

Having lived in Liberland for approximately a year, Dorian brings both technical experience and direct knowledge of life in the settlement to his work in Congress.
