Mark Elenowitz is the CEO of Nant Global Finance (Nant), a next-generation blockchain-enabled financial services company building a fully integrated capital markets platform. Nant combines U.S. broker-dealer capabilities, exchange operations, transfer agency services, and blockchain technology to enable the issuance, trading, and real-time settlement of tokenized digital securities — including traditional NYSE and NASDAQ-listed stocks.
A Wall Street veteran with over 35 years of experience, Mark co-founded a boutique investment bank and the BANQ® capital formation platform that pioneered Regulation A+ crowdfunding. He structured the methodology that led to the first successful Reg A+ IPO listing on a national securities exchange (NYSE), including landmark offerings such as Newsmax. He is also Co-Founder and President of Horizon Fintex, which powers global securities exchanges and the Upstream secondary trading platform. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Finance, he holds multiple FINRA Series licenses and has been profiled in BusinessWeek, CNBC, and Bloomberg.
