Sarah Wimberley is Principal and Founder of Ulster Technologies, specializing in Enterprise Architecture & AI Ethics. A detail-oriented technology leader with twenty years of experience, she designs and delivers cloud-based solutions, integrations, and data-driven systems that enable collaborative decision-making while embedding ethical guardrails for emerging AI capabilities.

She has served as an enterprise architect, product owner, and program/project manager at leading regional and national healthcare institutions, guiding cross-functional teams through complex platform migrations, process optimization, and sales-enablement technology. Holding a Master’s in Strategic Leadership from Rosemont College, Sarah combines deep technical architecture expertise with a focus on responsible AI — ensuring systems remain transparent, accountable, and aligned with organizational values and regulatory expectations. An active community leader, she also serves on boards supporting technology strategy and communications.
